Online Yoga Classes

2020 will be the year we all got to experience the online world a little more intimately!

Although, in my opinion there is no replacement for face-to-face and heart-to-heart, online learning will always be of value.

Since April of 2020 I have joined thousands of others in answering the call to provide valuable yoga teaching through the wonderful technology of ZOOM.

Each week I offer two wonderful classes via ZOOM - a soothing, relaxing evening restore yoga class and a lunch-time, gentle “flow” yoga class.

Each week you can hop online and join me for one or both of these beneficial classes, in the privacy of your home or office!

 (please have your mat, 2 blocks, a strap, (scarf, tie or sock will work) and a bolster or pillow ready for the classes

For both classes there is a suggested donation of only $15/wk. through Venmo at cynthia-wand-1.

So now you have another great option to get into your yoga zone.

Unwind from your day, with this 1 hour embodied yoga practice, designed to acclimate your body and soul to the energy of the setting sun. You will experience a slower pace, where we will connect to the Earth thorough grounding and balancing postures. We will then release tension in regions of the body that hold stress, through stretching and restorative movements. You will connect deeply with your breath as you experience a focused pranayama ( breathing ) practice/meditation to settle your thoughts and your mind at the close of your day. Come in and slow down in this very honoring way!

Join me for a "lunch time" YOGA pause in the middle of your day, to wash away the stress and release tension from areas of the body that get tight, stressed, congested and stagnant. Return to your day, feeling refreshed, grounded, energized and balanced, to embrace whatever is ahead of you with enthusiasm and gratitude!
